combining postage on three items

a buyer offered to purchase two items at buy it now,i accepted a lower price & asked her not to pay until i sent an invoice to combine postage she then purchased a different item paid for it,then the original other two & paid for them,now she is up for a lot of postage,how can i combine the three items,or would it be easier to just refund regards kath

The only way you can combine the 3 items now is to refund all payments and issue a new invoice. It would be best to just work out the amount you are discounting and issue a partial refund.
