since early March I have sent out at least 90 items from Australia to mostly the US & Canada, I have put on a disclaimer that the mail is running 4 to 6 weeks slow, it appears by my feedback that only 4 items have made there way to my customers, the potential here is that I will go broke refunding then when the majority do turn up, no one will say they received aprt from a few regulars
We are in the same situation as you. Items are arriving but are taking 1-2 months after being sent to actually be delivered. The majority of customers are understanding but recently we did have a very nasty customers demanding a refund for an expensive item. The customer made mention that they had received other refunds for items still in transit. Case opened and closed in buyer favor as the item is still in transit. After messages with Ebay we were advised that for international parcels we have 30 days after close of dispute to appeal the decision and possibly get our payment returned to us if the tracked parcel arrives and is marked as delivered. I did not know about this 30 day rule so thought I would past on the information here as I think alot of sellers are going to be affected by these delivery delays.
