eBay shut my account down and not giving any explanation

Hi guys, I’m a new seller on eBay and have just uploaded 2 items on eBay last night, and this morning I found eBay have shut my account down saying the activities I did had risks to eBay community. I tried to contact eBay customer service and they said they could not tell me why the account was shut down. Does that means I would have no idea why my account was shut down permanently at all? And does eBay have any contact number nowadays? Cheers

Hi Frank,  ebay are not obliged  to, and seldom offer any explanation.  It could have been a trademark issue, they could believe you are drop shipping, or they may believe your account is connected/related to other accounts that have triggered ebay security responses.

Thanks for your help, it just will be nice if they could tell me what was the problem so that I could avoid it for the next time. There were so many limitations an I could only find out via YouTube or google, it really hard for a new seller. Nevertheless, thanks again for the explaination.
