ending listings early

Greetings fellow ebayers,

Why is it that I have a few items that I cannot change the duration on,  they are currently listed as GTC and I want to change them to 30 days. I go through the process via editing etc and even via inventory and edit template, it processes them and lets me submit etc, but doesnt change anything.

Am I able to end these listings, and not be penalised as such.  They have all gone past the 30 day period and have been relisted automatically, which is what I didnt want.

And has anyone ever tried to lift selling limits, I click on the link where it says contact us, but nothing happens.

Help greatly appreciated...so thanks in advance.

Once an item is listed you can't change the duration (except in the first 2 hours of listing). If you want to change your GTC listings to 30 days you can end them, then relist and edit the duration prior to submitting.
