error code 37 when uploading csv files via file exchange

Gretings,

I am having issues changing prices using file exchange,

I download my file CSV & open in Excel (also tried open office ods), change the pricing in the speadsheet.

I change the item number from "scientific ?" format back to a number (no decimal places) so that it looks like an item number.

I save the file again as a csv file & upload.

I am continually get the following message

"Error - Input data for tag <Item.ItemID> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ItemID|"

I have a mixture of single line items (each with it's own ItemID) & some listings with variants which all fall under the one ItemID.

The Error codes Reference does not cover this.

Any advice / guidance would be appreciated.

Are you just changing price, if so did you use

"File Exchange - Revise Price and Quantity".

If not try using that (change ItemID to non-scientific).

If you used a different download can you upload a photo of the download result

Try this link, things may have changed a bit - something about Seller Hub Reports

I just opened a csv I use for Shopify, when I check the number value for price it is under General, so I am sorry I don't think what I suggested ^^^^ will help.

Try changing the format to Currency with no $ sign and 2 decimal points.
