harassment while auction going

I have had a desk on auction for a week asking $80

today I start getting emails from a guy asking me to contact him

after the auction if my item doesn't sell and he'll give me $40

for it...I said no sorry I had another person try to barter me down

and this other guy got quite nasty.

but this guy kept sending emails at least 4 to me today trying

to barter and get me to drop the price etc.

I said sorry use the auction time for it....and his latest email

stated "Remember something is only worth as much as somebody

else is willing to pay for it :-)"   now I know that but what am I expected

to give my item away for what I think is low??

am sick of these people who do this, how do I deal with this in the

future? its putting me off selling now

Best way is just block the person, this way it stops them from contacting you and from bidding on any of your future sales. plus you can report them if you think they crossed the line. cheers kev
