having trouble useing ebay keep getting spin & win so have to close down the computer

i cannot use my computer everytime i try to use ebay up pops a competition wanting me to spi & win,or a survey from ebay but think it's a scam.i have tried to get rid of them by useing my security trnd but they say my computer is clean,so what can i do.i am writing this without having to log in.i have rang iinet as i am getting one from them as well,the waiting time for me to get a call back is two hours,is anyone else having trouble,

You are infected with Malware. Been looking at rude website pictures eh? 😉

First make sure your AV is up to date and then run a deep scan.

If your current AV doesn't pick the malware up get a better one - either AVAST free or Panda free are good AV programs.

Then download, install, then run Malwarebytes, the free version will do.

If you aren't already using Firefox or Chrome as your browser consider changing, not only are they more eBay friendly than IE but they are more secure.
