If you plan to go on holiday and there is no internet access do you delist all items for sale then relist after you return?

Ideally, yes. If you have no way of contacting customers or to deal with orders, you will possibly come home to a lot of negaitve feedback. If you have a store, you can use holiday mode, but casual sellers have no other option.
