how do I add a handling fee to my listing

I want to list an item and use a flat rate postage. I also want to add a packing (handling) fee. Can I add the handling fee separately and show that on the listing / invoice?

As sparklz says it needs to be included in flat rate. When selecting calculated to different locations, a seperate option appears to put your own handling fee in and appears seperately on the invoice.
