how do i leave neagtive feedback for a buyer when there is only the options for "positive feedback" or "leave feedback later".
the buyers feedback has several accounts of non payment but it is sitting beside the green positive logo so I assume others have been unable to do the same thing and just posted against "positive feedback" icon which is leaving the buyer with untarnished rating which is not reflective of transactions? Please advise
