how do i leave neagtive feedback for a buyer when there is only the
options for "positive feedback" or "leave feedback later".the buyers
feedback has several accounts of non payment but it is sitting beside
the green positive logo so I assume others ...
item sold on 6/6/13 have sent invoice & msg but not reply and no
payment, have another buyer msg me post auction to ask if still avail.
can i offer item to second enquiry?
