my selling account showing me this message, "The amount of AU $18.14 will be charged to your PayPal account between 15-Nov-12 and 17-Nov-12."
what does this mean, am i late to pay my selling fee? still i didn't receive any invoice to my paypal account, please help me?

Your fees will show in your Account section of your My eBay. You have obviously elected at some time to pay using Paypal, so you're being advised that the fees will be drawn from there at the appropriate time.
