how do i send a video in response to a sellers email ?
Is this in response to an item not being as described, and the seller asking for a video to prove that it’s not working/is faulty, etc,
Just open a dispute for return/refund. If seller doesn’t provide return label and/or accept refund request (within the dispute itself), escalate by asking eBay to step in as soon as the option to do so becomes available.
