how do i subscribe store packages?

Recently i want to subscribe ebay store selling packages, but i couldn't find the page to subscribe, is there any one can tell me where i can do it please?

1. Login to your eBay account

2. Click on My eBay

3. Click on Account

4. Under “My Account” click Subscriptions

5. Scroll down to “eBay Stores”and click Learn More

6. Click on Open a Store (you’ll then be asked to enter your eBay password)

7. Choose your eBay Store Subscription

8. Enter your Store Name

9. Complete the registration.
