how to avoid listing fee for relisted items after 'unpaid item' case is closed?

I have a customer who has bid on and won a number of items from me, but has not paid or responded after a week and two requests for payment. I know my next step is to open an 'unpaid items' case.

My question is:  Do I have to open one case for each item or can I open the case for bulk items? I also know that if and when the case/s is closed, I can relist the items and get my final value fee returned.

My next question is: how do I avoid having to pay the listing fees for all FORTY THREE items again? (that's $64.50!)

I haven't done bulk opening of cases but I would think once you go into resolution centre and choose unpaid, it will then ask for which items and there may be a way of selecting multiple items in the way of tick the boxes.

Unfortunately listing fees are not refunded, same as if they were unsold.

You could give eBay a call and explain the large number of unpaids from one buyer, they may be able to give you some extra free listings.

If many of your items only attract one bid anyway, I would list them as BIN and select 30 days.

That way you get 40 listings for a month, free.

Many fashion items are sold on spontaneous decisions and buyers of such often don't like waiting for auctions to end.

You may find an increase in sales with BIN's.
