how to know what is Insert charge?

I just lised one small item, ebay system said " free" insertion. Immeadiatly tried another similar itme, got insert fee $2.00 ( two dollars). Why the difference ? how can I find out what I am paying ( extra) for ?

Go to your my ebay page and hover your mouse over account and from the drop down click on Summary the click on View all account activity and a page will open with all the things you have been charged for.

If you have a 2nd category or sub titles in the listing they are not free.
