i always pay immediately after a Win, but get frustrated when people don't pay for a week or so. what is the correct ebay protocol ?

i have not done this before? wot am i supposed to do? have spelled out my quesstion above. "what is the ebay protocol about time taken to pay for an item you won"? ? thx

Ebay allows buyers 4 days to pay before you can even open a non payer dispute.You then have to wait another 4 days before you can close the dispute.
I also pay straight away like you but some people drag their tails for whatever reason.
