how should i handle an abusive message relating to an item i am selling? it has really upset me!

Just a couple of tips, witting your listings in capitals, especially using red, appears aggressive as well as hard to read, capitals are the internet equivalent of shouting.

Also you cannot say: MAY HAVE TO ADJUST POSTAGE RATE IF YOU LIVE IN A REMOTE AREA..THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

You can't charge more than the quoted amount and if the item will not post using a flat rate service you should use calculated postage.

I have received the odd abusive email, I don't get upset by them, I send them to my trash folder and add the person to my BBL. I wouldn't give them the satisfaction of knowing I took any notice of them by reporting in case ebay actually did something about it, they would then know they had wasted a few seconds of my valuable time!
