if i have sent messages and a text to a buyer over an unpaid item and opened an unpaid item case, do i just close it after 4 days?

I have open a unpaid item case on monday foe an item that had not been paid for 6 days after the sale with no contact from the buyer, i have sent the buger an ebay message and a text message, still noe contact, do i just close the case tommorrow if i have not recieced payment or contact from the buyer? Thanks for your help

Yes.

If no payment has been received and if they are not contacting you then just close it when the system gives you that option to close as unpaid.

Then you can relist or offer to next bidder if there was one.

And make sure you add the ID to your blocked bidder list and put in place blocks to stop non payers from buying from you.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you
