it's finally happened , my first negative feedback point

after two years of selling on ebay , trying hard to be honest and maintain 100% positive , i make a mistake and receive my first negative feedback. 

i do know how to deal with it , i keep thinking this one point has just ruined everything i've tried to do , like it's tarnished my profile and will affect my future sales 

do you think one point makes a massive difference ? or will it affect me in the future ?

It's not the end of the world, you are still 99.4% positive.

Everyone makes genuine mistakes at times.

The neg will soon be off page one and not many look beyond page one anyway.

Keep giving good service but just check your items properly before they are listed.
