managed payments payout

I am having trouble with Managed Payment. All payouts have failed. I have over $10,000 withheld for the last month or two since they rolled out the Managed Payment to me.

It shows the red banner in seller hub asking to add bank details. Then leads you to bank login in, selecting accounts etc. But then ask you to verify your action by entering the bank account numbers. Now here is what causing the fail as no matter what combination of bank account numbers i put, bsb+acc#, acc# only, bsb only, it will just say "Something is wrong, check all below is correct". 

Called them up many times. Raised dozen of tickets with so call IT department. Came back ask me to clear my browsing data refresh my browers all sort of bull **bleep**s. Never resolved. Had so many phone calls with them always saying lets try this, yet always the same issue with can't verify by entering the account numbers.

Has anyone had the same issue?

Been a while since I did mine, but from memory to verify account You had to upload a bank document in the same name as your ebay  registration, statement etc less than 3 months old.  I downloaded a  PROOF OF ACCOUNT from my bank and uploaded that to ebay, account was verified by ebay within 24hrs  and managed payments has been hassle free, so far.
