Changing your ID does not change that horrendous feedback.

If you have a $100 limit how are you able to list a $600 jacket?

All those negs and neutrals would be the problem I'd guess, and your responses to them don't help in the perception of your business model. You'll just have to wait until most of them drop off and your percentage improves, then you may be allowed a greater selling limit - and you don't get more negs.......

Get your seller metrics up.

You have a consistent history of underpricing your items and asking for more post-sale.

And advertising 6 then claiming the listing was for one.

Then claiming mistakes on your part. Consistent feedback would tend to indicate deliberation on your part.

Maybe clean your act up and be honest? Could be a stretch...

Hopefully Ebay will ban you,  with that feedback your selling limit should be $0

A new account will also have selling limits.

Perhaps list some small items cheaply to sell to get some more recent feedback.
