my selling limit is at $100... how do i increase?

I stopped selling for a while, my limit is $100 now... my stats are bad now and they wont let me increase... what can i do??? I chatted with ebay theysaid wait a month but still nothing changes... should i just start a new account??? any suggestions please>?

A new account will also have selling limits.

Perhaps list some small items cheaply to sell to get some more recent feedback.

I like to give people the benefit of doubt and seeing as most of it was a long time ago perhaps the member was a newbie then and has now learnt some lessons.
