negative feedback removal

Hi

The buyer & I cancelled a transaction on both ends. The buyer then left me negative feedback afetr the transaction was cancelled.

Can I have that neg feedback removed?

What Gem said.

However I think I can see why your buyer would be unhappy.

1. Your listing stated Free Local Pick Up.

2. Also stated postage cost cost in excess of $50.00.

3.You also offered Cash On Delivery.....how were you going to arrange that ?

4,You gave the buyer less than seven days to pick up & pay for the item....or were you going to post or actually offer C.O.D.?

5.You then relisted with a postage cost of only $38.00 !

6. Not surprised they left you a neg....your follow up comment is also poor form.
