Sold a "used, but tested and working" cordless phone sytem, buyer claims it is faulty, so told buyer to return for full Payment ,, NO reply, just negative feedback , this is 1st Negative feedback in 10 + years, what can be done to "reverse" negaive feedback !! Bill
Nothing you can do, guess buyer could not be bothered to post it all back to get $12.00 refund, Not to worry wont affect your selling status much and in 12 months time that neg will disapear.
