photo program for my eBay images

Since the demise of Picasa 3, I realize I need to find a simple yet reliable program to upload my photos to eBay. Can somebody please assist me? It is like a boneyard out there with dead & dying photo programs. Word 10 is installed on my PC. Mobile not applicable.

Hi. I am still using Picasa 3 with no problems. Windows 10 is installed on my PC. I also have had a good look at other photo programs but have yet to find one as simple to use and with great photo editing applications. Let me know if you find anything comparable:)
