Was selling this item for a family member as they asked me to. Posted it on ebay and Item was sold less than 6 hours after was posted as a Buy it now- It was 'cash on pickup' and had made contact with buyer to collect the next day if i returned home. When i did return home the family member who asked me to sell the item had already taken the item to second hand store, meaning the item was no longer available to the buyer on ebay. Made contact with buyer and explained situation and asked them to cancel transaction. Buyer not happy and not willing to cancel transaction. What to do now ?

I link my paypal to my ebay account when im trying to sell something but it does nothing and it keeps making me doing it over and over, would it be because my paypal is not verified? and how do i sell my item if thats the problem

The buyer has changed her mweek almost a week after the auctions had finished. She had already asked if she could pay on Friday (5days after interns had finished) instead of my policy pod 3days in my listening. I said it was ok, but today (Saturday) I still haven't received payment and the butter has sent me a msg saying that she no longer requires 2 of the items. I feel this isn't good enough of the buyer as she could have told at time of auction ending.

I sold an item on the 24th march and on the 28th showed up as gone thru checkout to bank account . It being easter I was not to concerned but it is still not turned up in bank account . I contacted buyer but no response . . Is there anyway she can go thru check out without payment . Thank you in anticipation

I made a mistake on an invoice, the buyer wants to have two separate purchases on separate items ( so he can pay for one shortly and the other later both posted after final payment received) but i have sent invoice for 1 combined invoice and payment. I have agreed to wait for separate payments. How can I fix ?

I was just wondering if you have to be an eBay seller to use the flat rate satchels? I cannot find any info on this question. The Aust Post website states 'exclusively to eBay members', but due to the rise in postal costs soon, it has become a topic on Facebook, where they tell me that anyone can use the cheaper postage & they use them for their fb sales. Just wondering Thanks 🙂

I have been using ebay to sell items for a long time but suddenly it dosnt matter what I try to sell or what category I chose it keeps comeing up in red lettering to choose a category. Does any one have an answer to this?

hi, i have someone who has bidded, but didn't pay didn't have the intention to pay for the item, and had the nerve to leave bad feedback (not paying not receiving item) when I asked her why she was so irresponsible and rude. How do i block someone like her from bidding on my items in the future?

I am new to ebay selling and I am having a clean out and selling a few items. I have put them up for auction but I have received a number of emails asking for a buy now price on items. I chose to let the market decide the selling price so what are these buy now requests about? Are they shonky? Just out of interest can you change from auction to buy now anyway? Even if you could I assume there is no guarantee the person would be the first to click buy now.

people not being able to place bids due to telstra issues and I not being able to watch the end of auction had to keep refreshing page this has cost me over $300 as I have been emailed by another buyer who had the telstra issues.

Hi, yesterday I asked the question about selling international because I listed some bulk costume jewellery and then couldn't find it on the US site.I was told that I may have to wait 24 hours, which is fine but it is still not there. I have just gone to customer support and been directed to go to the link for the country on the bottom of the page, which I did then have gone to list the item but I have to list another one of the same item. I thought if I changed my preferences on Au site to the countrys that I want to post to as well that would would work. Can you please advise me thanks.

Item listed had ended a buyer now wants it to be added at that price to her invoice! How can this be done is it alowed or am i entitled for this item to be relisted??

We sold a washing machine which the buyer paid for including the delivery to an interstate freight yard for pick up. Now after 2 months the freight yard has notified us that it is still sitting there and they want it out of there or it will be disposed of. We have emailed the buyer but as yet have had no response,

I sold an item on ebay and posted it to germany. I posted it via regular airmail, so there is no tracking number. After about 20 days, it hasnt reached the buyer and he has opened a case. is there any seller protection that is provided by paypal as it will be a loss to me if i refund the money as i have already sent the product

I am entitle to 30 free listing per month. In April, I only used two. When I list 3rd item, ebay charged me $0.50 insert fee. May I know why?

Hi all, I have stumbled upon a rare book which I would like to offer for sale in the US as well as Australia but I have never done a international listing before. Having read all the info on Ebay about selling internationally I still have a few questions, if you have the time. Is the $9 surcharge for parcels to the US included in the postage costs? In the specify postage, the drop down menu does not include 'pack and track.' Should I just select Registered Post International which is the same price? Will the postage calculator factor in the new postal charges which come into effect on the 8th? seeing as the listing will not finish until after that time? When I preview my listing, the postal charges for the Us are not visible. How can I check that they are correct? Thanks!!!

I have had a buyer claim she paid for an item and it was unclaimed by me. I had sold another item and not received payment so asked about it and she said that she had paid on 3/13 and it was unclaimed by me. Funny that 2 buyers both saying they paid on that day and i did not claim the payment on paypal. The money automatically goes into my account always so what is the deal with this "claiming" 1st buyer had a history of non payment however the 2nd does not so just wondering if I am missing something here?? help
