Hey guys. I have been taking advantage of ebays 100 free auction listings until 19 March... Just checked my invoice and I owe over $150 in fees!!?? I am a small scale seller, have not gone over the 100 listings and am freaking out! I have put in a few 'Buy it Nows' but not enough to attract that kind of fee... Please help me work out what has happened 😞 Thanks!

From what I understand as a relatively new seller on Ebay that I have a 10 item $2500 monthly limit which i am within. However whilst trying to sell a watch for my wife I am instructed that I am unable to list the watch until I am verified with Pay Pal and Link my Pay Pal account to my Ebay account. Both Ebay and Paypal indicate that I am linked and verified but still I am unable to list. I get a Listing Error code of e40755-624924x if this helps? Soooo frustrated as there seems to be no solution..... Help please! I have tried to list via my mobile app and from my desktop ...... with the same result. Additionally I am unable to see the draft listing that I created on the desktop on my phone and vice versa......

The highest bidder on one of my listings retracted their bid last night, citing "entered wrong amount" as the reason. According to eBay, bids can only be retracted if there is a genuine mistake/typographical error in the bid. This bidder was the highest bidder for around 4 days, and the retracted bid clearly does not seem like a typo. They have not re-bid on the item, as you may expect if it was a typo. My listing is now back to its original starting price, over $50 less than it was yesterday because of this retraction. Should I be reporting this? This appears to me as invalid bid retraction. Thanks for the advice.

the system of a "strike" against a buyer is not good enough as this allows the buyer to repeat another "non pay" against another good seller, in my opinion the seller should be entitled to leave a negative and the buyer blocked, interested to see any comments from ebay members

How do I set up a seller account? I have setup a re-occurring Paypal payments to Ebay, but cannot setup a store. It is like a revolving door, it keeps doing the same things over and over again. My goal is to sell multiple items with different colours and sizes.

This person was just plain vicious. In 319 transactions I have never had a problem before this individual. They complained about everything and anything they could imagine and/or make up. I bent over backwards to help them, but they wanted a FULL refund. There was nothing wrong with the items at all. Being a private individual on disability pension, without a customer service department, I don't really feel the need to give full refunds without something being wrong on my part. I replied that the feedback was unfair, but they just trumped me by commenting again with a nasty follow up. It stands out like anything against my reputation. Is this seriously just "too bad"? There is no such thing as "unreasonable feedback"? No appeals?

I mistakenly listed an item as Auction when I really wanted to list it as Buy it Now. However I can't see an option to change this when I go to revise my listing. Is this right, please?

HI every one ! I have send the Gucci Parfum on 14/02/2013 by 500 Parcel + paid for trucking number. a months later - as costumer complain to Pay Pay. Pay Pal deducted money from my account. I been in the Post office 4 times - lodge 4 complains & send Pay Pal prove that I have send the item But they still found me guilty without explanation & now I don't have my brand new parfum neither money I have sold it for .. is it fair & is anything else I can do ? So the Buyer is protected by Pay Pal - but me as a seller is NOT? Thank u in advance for reply

Hello, I have been having trouble the last few days uploading photos to my listings. Usually I use the standard upload method and that is great to add several photos at once. Now it seems I have to upload one photo at a time, both with the standard and basic uploader. I have cleared caches and cookies but nothing changed. Any ideas please?

Hi, I have a little feedback query. I accidentally left feedback for an item that was still in transit.and followed up with the same comment. Am I able to revise or delete the follow up comment, I tried but wasn't able to.. The item has now arrived from overseas and would like to leave the seller another positive comment. I look forward to any advice.

Hi, I've had a look through the policies section and I'm aware you cannot offer discounts or charge extra to use a particular payment method. But can you offer any other sort of incentive to buyers, such as a free gift with purchase, or a postage upgrade if someone pays you using a particular method of payment? Or can you state in the auction that xxyy is my preferred method of payment, and let the buyer decide if they would like to pay that way or not? The reason I ask is I've currently had a few unexpected expenses and need to access funds from any sales as quickly as possible. I'm not a professional seller, I only list a few unwanted items from time to time, but I know from past experience that if a buyer pays via bank deposit it only takes a couple of days at the most before the money is in my bank account, however with Paypal transactions I find it usually takes about a week to withdraw funds and have them available in my bank account. Or is there another way to access Paypal funds sooner? Unfortunately most of the things I'm needing to cover (dentist and vet) don't accept Paypal, so using the funds directly from the source isn't an option.

When I relist on my other ID I get a small box in the bottom right can corner and minimal details and I can click relist from there and stay on the same page. It is very quick. On this ID if I click on relist it opens another page and I have to wait for it to load, then click 'relist'. That takes me to another page with options to relist another etc. I don't recollect doing it but does anyone know if there is a setting to change that allows the quick relist? Thanks

Hi, I've had a buyer pay through Paypal, but just by using my email address, rather than following the links from Ebay. I'm trying to use Click and Send but the item does not show in the 'add items' section. I tried adding all of their postage info manually but it keeps deleting it and saying I have to add from Ebay. Does this mean I have to refund them via Ebay and then have the repay through the correct channels? Thanks

Hi there I sold a pair of pants the other day and I am sure they were 100% in good condition. However, the buyer sent me an email a few days later stating that they are faulty (they have a tear). She wants me to make a full refund (price of the item + postage) + return postage. I offered her a full refund of the price of the item + postage but not the return postage. Could anyone give me advice? Have I to pay the postage to get the item back? I think it is quite unfair as I remember to have checked these pants before uploading the ad and before sending them and they were perfect, so she may have done that... Any advice would be welcome 🙂 thanks
