I have a buyer who won my auction item on Friday,pays for it on Saturday,them messages me on Monday asking for a refund as she couldn't really afford it & thought that when bidding thought she would be outbid & wouldn't really win it. I want to be following the rules & l also like to be reasonable. I am a small seller who list a few things once in awhile & fairly new to this. I think it is crazy & should not refund under the circumtances. Thought?
