Hi there,

I received a return request for a camera that I recently sold and I accpeted the request on the same day that I was notified of it. I also contacted the buyer to provide a return address and requested that they contact me when it was posted and I would refund the item. The return request shows that the 11th of December is when the refund is due but the buyer has not contacted me back 5 days later and the 11th is getting closer. Should I just refund it on the 11th and risk not getting my camera back? Or should I keep waiting even though the due date might pass and it could affect my ratings? I am happy to refund the item as long as I know I'll get it back in resonable condition but I don't want to do anything wrong or get in trouble. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you x
