probably a very constant topic.

I had shipping separate to the item which the customer paid but i had to pay for my post label. I'm waiting for the funds for the product to clear. does this amount for the product plus the shipping amount the customer paid clear into my account.

eBay customer support have ZERO idea in most cases. 

They simply read from whatever script is 'closest' to whatever the person is calling about.

The best way to get information about funds on hold is to read the information you are already provided in your account,

and to actually READ when you tick 'you have read and understood' things
