I have gone through pressed all right buttons as for two days it worked now it is not no matter what I do has been a constant nuisance what is going wrong

No seller can see what items are in buyers' carts. The only time you know is when they actually buy.

I have no idea what you are claiming worked, as no buyer details are ever revealed pre-sale, ie in the cart.
