unjustified negative

I have just received a negative from a buyer which I feel is unjustified. My listing clearly stated the postage cost for the item (which is the postage & handling fee really). They paid instantly after winning, no questions asked, but are now complaining it was excessive??? It is really annoying that someone can destroy your 100% feedback and I can only leave them a positive in return.

Buyer informed me she was  happy to pay the postage cost listed  because she thought I was posting in a satchel, but because I wrapped item (bubblewrap and brown paper) and actual postage was $8.95 she was upset.

This was a Heye puzzle in a triangular box and from past experience they don't travel well in satchels so I prefer to securely wrap them (puzzle did arrive safely). This buyer lived locally so was a little cheaper than I expected, interstate would have cost $12-15. She did also have the option of pickup. 

Postage was clearly stated in listing and buyer should have queried before bidding or not bid at all if they felt it was excessive.
