just a quick question does it close it for you or do i have to close it myself ??

also i want to put on the auto one to any things i sell it says if you want to change length of time for it to activate from 32 days to something different to click the link so when i do it takes me to the discount postage page ?? no where there is where i can change the length of time for the unpaid item  is that right or a glitch ??

I prefer to do disputes manually and to never leave anything important to ebay to handle, so cant answer your question. This page might help:

Says here that it will close automatically after 4 days if no payment is received.
