western union.... avoid it?

I have a buyer with a Zero feedback who want to pay "next week" using Western Union". I hear so many bad things about that money transfer system, should I refuse to accept his payment and insist on him getting Paypal account?

That member has bid on 18 phones & have already won 5 !!!-they are a scammer.

Do NOT have anything more to do with them.

Report them to ebay NOW-just phone ebay.

Do you have blocks in place to stop people from countries you don't post to from bidding ?

I'd be willing to bet they are not in Australia which you state you only post to.
