I have an item which a buyer bid for it successfully, but she did not bother to pay for it. I tried to contact her twice but there is no response.What can I do? Can eBay force her to pay, or I just have to relist it?
I think her behavior is similar to bid at a house auction then walk away - it might cost the vendor a good selling opportunity.

If it is past 4 days to the right of the sold item is a drop down.
From there click on resolve a problem and open a dispute for non payer.
After you have opened this wait 4 days and if they still have not paid you can close it to get your fees back and they get a non payer strike.
