why does ebay allow 're-listing' of an item by the same ID member within a week of formal 'serious' complaint of non delivery ?
seller was not present at the nominated pickup address and did not answer given phone number.....
why does ebay allow this 'guzumping-like' conduct and not take immediate action to remove the item "for sale" ......hoping to get a higher price.....
why does ebay not ban the ID member peerpetrator immediately it is brought to it's notice ??
Costs were incurred hiring a van and 2 men to deal with the heavy object....totally wasted while the seller 're-lists'....!!
