Thanks for your comments....BUT I SPENT $$$$ RENTING A VAN AND EMPLOYING 2 MEN TO LIFT, CARRY IN ORDER TOPAY AND PICK UP !!!!...WITHINN 7 DAYS, WELL BEFORE THEIR NOMINATED DAYS FOR PICK UP AND PAYMENT.... THE ITEM HAS BEEN RELISTED !!...ALL OF THESE ...

EBay has ignored serious complaints for over 9 days and allowed relisting an item already sold ??? and why are 'questions' about the item not shown in the space allocated for that purpose.........could be helpul to other buyers !!!

why does ebay allow 're-listing' of an item by the same ID member within a week of formal 'serious' complaint of non delivery ? seller was not present at the nominated pickup address and did not answer given phone number..... why does ebay allow this...

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE TRUE IDENTITY OF A 'SELLER' IN ORDER THAT MY LAWYER CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO RECOVER COSTS OF PICK UP WHICH NEVER TOOK PLACE BECAUSE THE SELLER WAS NOT AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN.
