Watch out for "100 Free Listings for non-store sellers from 28 June 2013 to 1 July 2013" that eBay is offering for non-sellers..

I can't use it to this store but I able to use it to my other account and its by invitation only.

Check out your email as well or a banner add they post on your listing.

Try keep refreshing as it comes out once in a while..

I was lucky enough to get the 100 free listing offer, but the system says I have gone over my monthly limit.

Apply for higher limits. Or attach a credit/debit card. That will give you 100 or $7,500. Or wait until tomorrow to list.
