That was the only 15% off promo of the FVFs and the only one from memory last year. There are no links to provide as it would have expired a long time ago.

You may also be referring to USA eBay sellers who receive 15% off FVFs if they keep their DSR scores high enough to keep Top Rated Sellers. Otherwise there are no other 15% off FVFs promo.

May I ask why you believe that in relation to this particular promotion, that "15% off FVF" is tantamount to false advertising?

Did you receive the invitation to participate?

If so, did you list any items valued at $200 or more during the promotion period?

If so, and you sold one/some of these items, did you receive the 15% off their FVFs?
