1000 extra Auction or Fixed Price listings

It seems like the stars have finally aligned, or eBay's bots listened to my endless moaning and whinging on the forum. 🙂

Anyway, I just logged in to relist my items and noticed this sitting on top of my four remaining free listings, waiting for me to take up on the offer:

And just like magic, the relists have come back again.

I'll normally keep listing and I find after half a dozen or so it reappears. I then go back and revise the others while it's kicked back in, otherwise I leave a note. I find it's more of an issue during promotions. Maybe because a lot more people are listing at one time than normal?
