12/12/12 end of my world

worked so hard 24/7 for last 95 days since my store opened, just bow my head to every customer, no matter whose fault all my fault. but today somebody just simply posted negative feedback without giving me a hint. 12/12/12 is end of my world. I lost my virginity no matter how I protect it. then I realized this is 21 centry, who cares virginity!

One negative in a sea of positives is nothing to worry about.  It does seem its  a quality issue with the product.  Did they contact you?  If not leave a reply to their feedback but make it factual.  Most people when buying your product won't be concerned about one neg.

a red dot wont stop people from buying but rather its the reply to a neg that many of us look at so give it a day before you leave a follow up reply it gives you some time to be a little less stressed from the red dot and as Bella said just factual not in capitals and very polite 🙂

remember a red looks pretty with green at this time of year so dont stress 🙂

Just wonder why you have all your items as Private when they are very cheap tools?

JMO but I'd be more put off by that than 1 negative.

Just what I thought; people cannot see which tool it was that your buyer is not happy with.  Even long time after you may not even be selling this thing, people will be assuming it is what you are selling.  Private listing is not a good idea unless your items are of a "delicate nature"

That was my first thought too when I looked at the neg, had I been able to see what item the buyer had purchased and see if you had many more pos for the same thing I would have been more than happy to buy from you.

Private listings are mostly used for items of a personal nature or very expensive collectable items so nobody can see what has been bought. Any ordinary items like yours look hinky if they are set to private listings.

I don't know if you are aware of the fact but a LOT of buyers hate scrolling galleries, especially the Auctiva abomination and you have 2 of the horrible things!!!!!

the listing was set by my assistant who knows more ebay than me. ( I just landed australia for last 4 months from the world without ebay). I found the same problem of private after. in fact I want others to see the comment on my products. but I cannot change the setting of private to public unless I do relist ( if the item has been sold once). I am not greedy for $0.20, but I will lost the best match ranking and the sold history. anybody has idea how to change the selling format from private to public without relisting? thanks!
