The email stated my promotion ran from the 18th (when I finally looked at it properly). So on the 18th I checked my All Selling page again, and yep 150 free sitting on top of my balance of 40.
Relisted all unsold - and for the first time in a long time, those relists actually came out of the 150, and said no listing fees.
But I agree with Queenslander-one, if you have ANY issue of being charged listing fees on this promotion, get eBay to call you back and get it sorted out. And don't forget to get a reference number for the call.
