2 buyers accepted for one product

Hi there. I have had 2 offers accepted but only have one product.   How come.  Both have now paid me.  What do I do.  Why did this happen.  Thanks David

You still have 10 available you may want to change the quantity.

As Bricks said you are selling 10 of them,  cancel the listing.

And you will need to cancel one sale with item out of stock as the reason code, and incur a strike.  The buyer will get the funds refunded.

I think you have mistaken the "quantity" section in the listing template for the number of magazines/games in the lot you are selling.

"Quantity" means how many of the lots you have, not how many items are in 1 lot.  

For example, if you have 12 of the 1 magazine that you want to sell separately, you would enter "12" in the quantity section.

But if you have 12 different items bunched together in 1 lot, the quantity you have to sell would be "1".

As the others have said, you need to change the quantity in your current listing to "0" (or just end the listing altogether), and cancel one of the sales, which would generally be the second person to accept the offer.
