Seems like the majority have had to "accept" a number of times before it worked ....... so perhaps many who have Stores only tried once in the past, making it appear like it was not available to Stores ......... Well, a lesson for the future for non-Stores AND Stores - keep accepting until it works !!

Cathy, this is the first time -  that I've noticed anyway,

that the T & C didn't state that it was for non-stores only.

People are so used to seeing small numbers for free listings,

that you just automatically assume it's for non-stores.

It's not the 10,000 that stores used to get - but at least

it's something.   And that's always better than nothing

They usually do always specify that they are for non stores only. I actually didn't read the T&C's this time, do the stores get free auctions too, or just BIN's?

I got it first go on both accounts, then got the email yesterday (even on accounts I don't use and never have). I'm wondering if I got it first go because I was ear marked for the emails? Good to know for future though about trying a few times.

I didn't read them either.    Just assumed they were for non-stores, purely just

by the number.

Yes, auctions too.       But I'm in collectables anyway

I give up, maybe by the 11th it might even let me relist something instead of once only for all of ten days just to have it eat into the 40 anyway. Why not get rid of the relist-for-free option entirely and allow non-stores to have 30 day listings or even Good 'Til Cancelled.

Also, why the $#@% is there a five-minute time restriction on editing posts here? Moderators? Trained monkeys? Anyone?

It's so people with a bad attitude can out themselves easier.

Good thing my attitude is towards eBay's software then (and in some occasions, Australia Post). No eBay staff or animals were harmed in the making of this reply. 🙂

It looks like it's finally fixed itself, and I can finally list things while having the option to relist for free once again. Time to get cracking listing things to watch everything sit unsold for the next month until I get a burst of people when eBay's throttling is removed for the odd day!
