Just noticed 3 free relists not working on newly listed items ? Anyone else affected too???

In answering my own thoughts .when i went back to list more items the 3 Free relists were back -----OOOOOOOOOOSpooky

I have found that too.
sometime they are there, other times they are not.
But I go to revise and I get them.
Just keep a record of which items don't have it, then revise them.
