Anybody know where it went?
They've moved it from Policies at the bottom of the page.
All you get now is pages of 'stuff'. But at least there's a contact button at the bottom of each page, including a wait time (I assume it's a wait time)
https://www.ebay.com.au/help/policies/default/ebays-rules-policies?id=4205
I can't even find it on the site map. Unless I'm not looking hard enough

I'm afraid I have no idea where it's at

You could always look for a 5 or 6 year old thread and maybe find it there.
Sorry just being a smart b..ch

Ludicrous to have it at the side as an A-Z index which takes you to Customer Support,(which is the same page
as Help & Contact),
They should at least rename it,
The only benefit may be that all their outdated policies and answers will be gone and maybe these may will be
more accurate,

But Tazz, it's just completely disappeared.
They can't possibly have covered everything in these new policy pages

I had it bookmarked Stalks and that bookmark now goes here.........................

The A-Z search is still there in Policies but it's no longer an A to Z search and all those policies and answers
that used to be part of the search are gone and they've changed it to the same page as the Help & Contact
page,(so basically streamlined so everyone is supposed to get their own answers via their "help" topics).
You then have the Chat or Call options if you can't find the answers or the Have us call you,(the Email option
is now gone as well because it's the same as the "new improved" Help & Contact page).

If everyone is supposed to get their own answers, then why do we get so many coming
to the boards?
Gunna be harder to find the correct policy now.

Maybe it is a hint that our services are no longer required on the boards Stawks.
I can live with that but I am not so sure about all the members who come here asking for help to negotiate ebay's crazy policies.
Or maybe the Mods could start answering questions.....I have noticed a few Mods directing members how to contact ebay after responders have already solved the problem satisfactorily. Made me think that they were trying to undermine the responders and instill doubt about our answers.

Well, you know, doubt leads to people emailing ebay bots who give wrong information and viola ! more fees/monies in ebay's pockets when things go wrong
