A bidder has been bidding on items & not following through with the purchases. Three different sellers have not had any any reply from them. They purchased an item from me, sent me an email in relation to the invoice I sent, but they have not made further contact. Why can't a negative feedback be left for such users?
It is frustrating to have such users on ebay. Next the sellers have to go through the process of cancelling the transaction & recouping the commission.
What action can be taken agains users like this?

Up to 85 now,(so they are still bidding on items).
They've won most of them with the one and only bid,(only 3 have more then one bid).
A number of those items have been re-listed so hopefully they all went through the dispute process,
Reported.

I cancelled the sale.
However the buyer now has 11 feedbacks.
All positive as negative feedback cannot be left for purchasers.
10 out of the 11 have bad feedback, the same scenario as I encountered.
I refuse to leave feedback for this purchaser as after a period of time the comments will drop off just leaving positive feedback.
Why does Ebay allow such buyers to remain on ebay.
