Hi,I have a problem as a seller.Someone has bid on my item and has a bad reputation for non payment and non contact and as a seller is there anything I can do to stop her doing it to me? Thankyou.

sure, place their ID on your Blocked Bidder List and then cancel their bids. This is if they have bid on an auction that has not yet finished. If the auction ends and they are the high bidder then give them 4 days to pay before opening an UnPaid Item case, and then close it 4 days later.
Either way, put their ID on your Blocked Bidder List. You can also put buyer blocks in place for all of your listings that prevents buyers with more than 1 UnPaid Item strike from bidding/buying your items. If this buyer is as bad as you make out then we would hope that at least two sellers have done the UPI thing on them in the last 12 months.
Sellers who do the UnPaid Item cases with strikes issued for non-payers are helping ALL sellers who have blocks in place.

Yes you can cancell there bid and place them on your ban list so they can not bid on your items. Other than that take a chance that they will pay. Hope that helps.

Hi,Thankyou so much for your information and I will follow your helpful advise.I spoke with another member and the game is,we bid on multiple items pay for one and won't pay for the other items.I don't know how she gets away with it.

the blocked bidder list is the best way to go

how she keeps getting away with it is all those 'Sellers' who keep on leaving her positive fback. even if they do have neg . comments (it is actually against ebay rules by the way)
however, all those ''positives'' add up and she looks, at a quick glance like a good buyer!!!

Put the blocks in place to stop non payers that are issued strikes.
To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
