A parcel I sent turned up just after I had refunded the buyer and just before AusPost paid out

So I have just refunded a buyer after AusPost advised that the parcel had been lost. Auspost would have paid out the insurance but then the parcel arrived so that didn't happen. The buyer is happy to pay for the item but I cannot seem to raise a new invoice through the Ebay interface. Does anyone know how to do this?

Don't think it is possible on eBay but easy to send as paypal invoice if you have the buyer's email address attached to their paypal account.

I think if it was paid via Paypal the buyer can go and reverse the refund in their Paypal account.
